Group & Individual Tennis Coaching

The school provides coaching classes on both a group and individual bases. Our coaching classes for both children and adults take place daily and cater for both beginners and advanced tennis players. Different techniques and equipment are used for players of different levels.

Fitness with Xandru Grech

Fitness coaching, which takes place twice a week, allows for our students to keep up their energy levels. Fitness work is very important for a tennis player. A player’s game is a mix of technical ability, endurance and strength. It’s therefore important to improve the stamina of each player and fitness work helps to do that.
